Tradition of French Bakery

All our breads are made fresh every day with only stone-ground flour, salt, fresh yeast, water and some secret ingredients, kneaded and shaped by Artisan baker’s hand and baked in a hearth using a traditional and old method to created a light and airy baguette with a wonderful crisp golden crust and a unique distinctive taste.

 

The process is long, arduous, and fragile but worth every effort.

 

We also sell only authentic French morning goods and viennoiseries.
